Issimo serves the truly authentic Italian cuisine of celebrity chef Salvatore Cuomo – cooked with passion by resident chef William di Nardo. The chalet-inspired restaurant is rustic and cosy with comfortable leather seating in the lounge, logs for the wood burning ovens, antler-shaped sculptures - juxtaposed with contemporary pieces from notable international designers. The Lounge features sensational cocktails at the bar, an anti-bar with chilled and grilled antipasti and award-winning Neapolitan pizzas from a wood-burning copper-clad oven. An impressive 12 metre long Olive-wood counter with a show kitchen adds drama to the main dining room, where guests can choose to sit at tables or at the counter watching the chefs at work. Two private rooms at the rear of the dining room offer flexible seating spaces for dinner or cocktail parties of up to 34. There is an additional cosy dining room just off the lounge area which seats 8. For private events, Issimo can cater up to 100 for dinner and 250 for cocktails.
